Join us on a journey through sound across time.
In this workshop, we will guide you to explore the ancient sounds of singing bowls, exploring the connection between culture and inner peace. This immersive experience combines history with delightful sounds, allowing you to feel the positive energy of culture while restoring tranquility to your mind and body.
This workshop is not only a cultural exploration but a profound sensory journey. Under the guidance of a tutor, participants will have the opportunity to meditate and engage with the exhibits in the gallery, finding relaxation of both body and mind, restoring inner balance, and experiencing the enchanting resonance of sound and culture.
This workshop is an innovative project prototype developed by a group of student participants of the “Bi-city Youth Cultural Leadership Programme” from Hong Kong and Beijing. The Programme is organised by the Hong Kong Palace Museum, and supported by Swire Properties as Lead Sponsor and Ednovators as Programme Partner. The Programme aims to inspire creativity and understanding between youth from Beijing and Hong Kong, nurturing the next generation of cultural talent through artistic and cultural exchanges.
