19 March: Music Tells: The Beauty of Chinese Art, by Hong Kong Gaudeamus Dunhuang Ensemble
What is the beauty of Chinese Art? Music Tells deconstructs Eastern aesthetic into four aspects and interprets each with a piece of music, bringing a contemporary touch to the appreciation of Chinese art.
The new piece “Flowers of the Months” will make its debut and be performed with eight different instruments. Come and rediscover traditional Eastern aesthetics while experiencing the uniqueness of Dunhuang music!
