The origin of Hong Kong ink art emerged from the intersection of Eastern and Western cultures in the 1950s. Hong Kong ink art, with the collaborative efforts of many artists in its development and promotion, finally evolved into a unique stream in the field of contemporary art.
The theme of this workshop is abstract ink art. Through an introduction to different artworks and painting techniques, participants will learn more about the characteristics of ink painting and hone the abilities to appreciate the art and express themselves in new ways.
